REVIEW MEETING AND TRAINING ON WOMEN IN MICRO ENTERPRISES - SAMRUDI
On 10th May 2022, KROSS conducted a Review Meeting and Training on Women in Micro Enterprises- SAMRUDI for all the coordinators of fourteen partners at KROSS Resource Center, Bangalore. The meeting commenced at 10:25 am with a prayer song followed by a welcome and introduction of the program by Ms. Maria Janet Coordinator Samrudi, KROSS. Rev. Fr. Richard Pais, Director, KROSS addressed the participants about Samrudi, its work processes, expected results, and achievements. He also emphasized the importance of training for promoting entrepreneurship.

Ms. Maria Janet coordinator Samrudi presented the overview of the project which consists of the Goal, objectives, and the achievements of the Program. All the DSSSs coordinators presented the ten years report of the Samrudi program which was discussed in-depth and feedback provided.

All the coordinators presented the case studies or testimonies of their achievements of their respective DSSSs. Thereafter had a group discussion on the Action Plan for the year.

Mr. Varghese the program officer, KROSS, took the session on EAP/EDP for participants. End of the session participants clarified their doubts and appreciated the presentation.

The Training program concluded at 4:15 pm with a Vote of thanks by Mrs. Niriksha the coordinator of Samrudi, CMSSS.
